In order to ensure the employees’ occupational health, according to the requirements of occupational disease prevention and management system and occupational safety and health records management system, our company has hired professional testing institution to monitor occupational hazardous factors and the testing results are all qualified.
Our company will carry out a training about safety in production. During the training, staffs can communicate the experience and convey the documents about production safety, arrange related safety work and notify the results of safety inspection. Every staff must participate in the training on time. The managers of all departments should summarize the hidden trouble in the production safety and develop specific corrective and preventive measures to deal with the trouble. Besides, the occupational health examination in 2021 is being prepared and the managers need to submit the situation of all departments’ staffs to the administration office. The specific time will be announced in advance.
A batch of new warning signs, bulletin boards and slogans will be put up in the workshop to make our staffs be aware of the hazardous factors and preventive measures of their position and the rescue measures when the hazard occurs. We will train our staffs to master the skills of dealing with the injuries when working and keep the injuries in a minimum level. The staffs should be familiar with the labor sanitary protective equipment to save themselves and each other skillfully in the emergencies.
